Shanako is a social worker, clinical supervisor, and practice founder who brings more than 22 years of experience following visions and dreams to create programs that serve their communities. They are dedicated to creating spaces where healing, resilience, and connection can flourish, both for individuals and clinicians, and for the wider community.

Elisia Lopez-Mendiola (she/her)
SECRETARY & mama bear
Elisia is an intersectional clinical supervisor and social worker dedicated to fostering transformative, person-centered healing. Guided by a deep commitment to systemic liberation, she provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors the self-determination of every individual. For decades, Elisia has partnered with resilient communities navigating complex systemic oppression, including youth experiencing homelessness, survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence and IPV. Her practice intentionally centers and uplifts the lived experiences of the LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and trans individuals, creating affirming, low-barrier spaces where community members can reclaim their agency, voice, and collective power.

Kaden Winterkorn (they/he)

Kaden is a therapist and educator with 21 years of experience supporting clients and students in a myriad of settings. His work focuses on personal empowerment, community healing, and social justice. Kaden believes in the transformative power of affirming community spaces, particularly for folks navigating gender, identity, and transition.
